They say its mind over matter, but it isn't always that simple.


Practice how to respond mindfully. It is important to notice the impulse or urge to react immediately to a comment or situation. Observe your emotions and how you are feeling. Then take a pause with intension. Allow yourself to be grounded, and take a deep breath. Now you will be able to look at the situation with a balanced and logical mind. Before reacting to any situation consider the long term impact of your response. These steps will improve with practice and time.

Money doesn’t fix money problems. Actions and behaviours do.


As much as money will not fix your problem, financial stability will benefit your mental health and wellbeing.


Taking action on building a budget can be life changing if you stick to it. Like any goal this takes discipline and focus. Getting your finances in order can dramatically improve your health and wellbeing.
