About Wingswept Wellness
Sarah Zappia, RPN, FCN, MHN
I am the owner/operator of Wingswept Wellness. In the year 2023 I completed my Advanced Diabetic Foot Care Nurse, PodOrtho Specialist and Mental Health Nurse Certificates. I offer a range of foot care services and wellness programs to keep my clients informed and able to make knowledgeable decisions based on their health needs.
Since 2016 I have been working as a Registered Practical Nurse in various settings. It has, and always will be my main priority to educate clients on disease prevention and advocate for them. I worked in the community offering nursing in all aspects, I also worked in primary care for 6 years. During this time I was a facilitator for the CardioPrevent Program through the Ottawa Heart Institute. I also worked as a Mental Health Nurse with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior to becoming a nurse I was at home raising my children. I am also a certified Fitness Leader since 1999 and have completed many nutrition courses.
